Overview
Using TXCPS as a switch, combined with contactors, electrical interlocks, and other accessories, a dual speed electric controller TXCPSD is formed, which is suitable for the control and protection of dual speed motors.
There are three types of dual speed motor controller configurations:
Configuration 1: High speed is fire protection type (overload and overcurrent only alarm without tripping), low speed is basic type;
Configuration 2: High and low speed uniformity is the basic type;
Configuration 3: The high and low speed are evenly distributed as fire protection type (special orders should be specified).
The product features, main circuit parameters, and accessory modules are the same as the basic model.

Note:
①. This diagram is applicable to the operation control of various types of dual speed motors, using both local and remote manual control.
② The control protector (2KBO) used for high-speed smoke exhaust can be selected as a fire-fighting product, which has the function of only alarming and not tripping when overloaded or overcurrent occurs, and tripping when short circuited, meeting the requirement of continuing to work under overload. The secondary control schematic is universal.
③ External high and low speed start. The stop button group can be installed on the box surface or wall.
④ SQ is the limit switch for the fire damper, and its operating equipment stops running; When there is no limit switch for the fire damper, the circuit is short circuited.
